Water and Maintenance

Water, great to drink, inexpensive to use but really expensive when it comes to insurance claims and damage to your home.
Is there a perfect way to keep water damage from happening? No. Or at least not in my experience. Can regular maintenance help? ABSOLUTELY. But, as with all things around a home, at some point, you just need to live.
I thought this article had some really solid points about things you can do around your home to help reduce the problems you may have.
